Topical relevance. People underrate this one. Give us a DR 35 trading blog over a DR 70 recipe site any day of the week. Real organic traffic. DR 60 and 40 visits a month? Pass. Plenty of sites get pumped up purely to sell links, and they're easy to spot once you start looking. We want the site indexed, ranking for real keywords and sending at least a trickle of referral traffic. No traffic, no listing.

Editorial standards. Our favourite forex backlinks are the ones a publisher would've happily published anyway: editorial links inside a proper article. Natural links like that are what build topical authority over time.
