White-Label Link Building for Agencies

Your clients want rankings. Your team, meanwhile, would quite like to stop chasing publishers at 11pm. That's more or less why Press Parrot exists. It's white-label link building for SEO agencies, under your brand, and the reports we send back are ones your clients will assume you put together yourself.

Free account · No subscription · Pay only for what you order

Your logo, not ours

No trace of Press Parrot on reports, drafts or anything your client sees. As far as they know, your agency did the work.

Know your margin upfront

Every placement is priced before you order, so you can work out your markup on each link before you've even quoted the client.

Vetted before it's listed

Traffic, outbound links and penalty history get checked first. You're not the one explaining a dodgy link on a client call.

Your content or ours

Fussy client with strict brand guidelines? Send your own article. Otherwise our writers will work from your brief.

See the metrics before you buy, not after

Filter by niche, country, domain rating, traffic and price until the shortlist fits the campaign. Publisher names appear once you have a free account — the metrics and pricing are visible either way.

Nothing goes into our marketplace until we've checked its traffic, its links and whether anyone actually edits the thing. You pick the sites. Send us your own article or let our writers handle it, and we take care of the pitching and publishing. Your client sees your logo, and that's it. If you run a white label SEO agency, think of it as fulfilment sorted without another hire.In practice it means paying a website to publish something that links to you — either a new article you or we write, or a link added to a piece they have already published. The money buys the publisher's time and their space. It does not buy a ranking, and anybody selling you one is selling something they cannot deliver.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. A link is a signal among many, and its value depends almost entirely on where it sits: a relevant site with real readers, in a sentence that makes sense without the link, is worth a great deal more than the same money spent on ten sites nobody visits.

What Is White-Label Link Building?

There's not much mystery to white-label link building, whatever some providers make it sound like. An agency sells backlinks under its own brand, and a third-party provider builds them. We've done a lot of outreach for agencies over the years, and in our experience the end client rarely cares who sent the pitch email. They care that the link sits on a decent site and turns up in the report as part of your SEO services.

None of this is new, by the way. Most white label SEO services run on the same idea, and plenty of white label SEO providers do it for content creation, web design and even social media management. The agencies we've seen get burned usually handed over too much, client calls and all. Our take is you hang on to the conversations, the strategy and what you charge, then leave the partner to get on with it and judge them on the links they actually land.

For the end client, nothing changes. They get high quality backlinks, a report with your branding on it and the same account management they're used to.

Why Agencies Work With a White Label SEO Partner

Ask agency owners which bit of SEO is hardest to scale and most will say link building. You can template content creation. You can write a checklist for technical SEO. Outreach doesn't work like that. It runs on relationships with editors, which take years to build and have a habit of leaving with whichever freelancer built them.

So sooner or later, most agencies outsource it. When we ask why, we usually hear some version of this:

  • Capacity. Land one retainer that needs ten links a month and there goes your in-house team's week.
  • Cost. An outreach hire needs a salary, training and someone to manage them. A provider with a network already in place works out cheaper, often by a lot.
  • Quality control. Buy links on the open market and you'll spend half your time spotting link farms and PBNs. With a vetted list, someone's already done that bit.
  • Margins. Buy at wholesale, sell at your own price, and you're often still cheaper than the client going direct.
  • Focus. Your SEO specialists get their hours back for SEO strategy, keyword research, SEO audits and lead generation. That's what grows accounts anyway.

It doesn't much matter if you're a five-person white label agency or a fifty-person SEO agency selling digital marketing services. Hand off page SEO to a specialist and you can widen your service offerings without adding headcount, which is how most white label agencies grow in the first place.

What's Included in Our White-Label Link Building Services

Press Parrot is built for agencies that need volume without losing consistency. Our white label services cover three placement types:

  • Guest posts. Original blog post content written around your client's topic and published on real sites with genuine organic traffic.
  • Niche edits. Contextual links added to existing, already indexed articles that are ranking in the search results.
  • Digital PR. High authority backlinks from news and media sites, pitched directly to editors and journalists.

Every order comes with:

  • Content writing by native-language writers who match the publisher's house style
  • Anchor text placed naturally inside the body copy, never tucked away in an author bio
  • Permanent do-follow links unless you ask otherwise
  • The live URL and full domain metrics logged in your dashboard
  • White label SEO reports you can download and send straight to clients

Niches? Most of them. SaaS, ecommerce and travel are the easy ones. Finance, crypto and gambling take more work because a lot of good publishers won't touch them, which is exactly where a big inventory earns its keep. Agencies also send us a fair few local SEO clients, usually after links from regional publishers, and we cover plenty of languages and markets beyond the English-speaking ones.

What Happens After You Order

Here's the entire process. It all lives in the one dashboard. We set it up that way after one too many afternoons digging through email threads trying to work out which links had gone live and which hadn't.

  1. Choose the sites. You can filter on DR, organic traffic, niche, country or price, whichever matters most for that client. Each listing has a detailed analysis of the website's authority on it too, so you're not flicking between Ahrefs tabs to double-check.
  2. Submit your brief. Pop in the target URL and anchor text, plus anything the writer ought to know. Got your own article? Attach it. If not, we'll write one.
  3. We pitch and write. When we're writing, the draft and the pitch both come from our team. Some agencies like to see every draft, some honestly couldn't care less. If you're the first sort, say so in the brief and nothing gets submitted until you've signed it off.
  4. The link goes live. You get the live URL, an indexing check and the placement logged against that client.
  5. Report to your client. Export a branded report to sit alongside the keyword rankings you already track, with no mention of Press Parrot anywhere on it.

Most placements go live within 2-5 working days, depending on the publisher.

Every Domain Vetted Before It Reaches Your Client

Your agency's brand sits behind every link we build, so we treat quality as the whole job rather than a line on a sales page.

Before a site is listed on Press Parrot, we look at:

  • The organic traffic trend over at least twelve months, not just a DR score
  • Where that traffic actually comes from, so a client targeting Germany isn't sold a site whose readers are all somewhere else
  • The outbound link profile, to weed out PBNs and sites that will sell to anyone
  • Whether the site publishes real editorial content and follows search engine guidelines
  • Any sign of past Google penalties or sudden drops in visibility

Sites that fail get dropped. The ones that pass still get looked at again every so often. A site that was fine in spring can be stuffed with paid links by autumn.

Call it white hat link building if you like. We just think of it as links on real sites, read by real people, that make sense where they sit. That's what keeps clients out of trouble, and it holds up in Google searches and AI driven search alike. Consistent results come from that, not from volume.

Transparent Pricing That Protects Your Margins

None of this matters if the numbers don't add up. Every placement on Press Parrot has its price on it before you order. No hidden fees, and no contract to sign.

So adding links to the SEO services you already sell is easy, and so is pricing SEO campaigns client by client. You can see what a link costs. Add whatever markup you like. Your margin is known before anyone starts work, and the resale price is always your call.

Gambling, crypto and finance placements cost more (publishers charge extra to take that content), so they're priced separately. You'll always see that cost up front rather than finding it on an invoice later.

How to Choose the Right White Label Partner

White label providers vary a lot more than their websites suggest. Before you sign up with one, it's worth asking:

  • Can I see the sites before I pay? If the inventory is hidden, there's usually a reason.
  • How are domains vetted? Look for traffic and link-profile checks, not just DR or domain authority.
  • Who writes the content? Thin, spun articles get links pulled and can drag down your client's rankings.
  • Is the reporting genuinely white label? Reports should carry your logo and nobody else's.
  • What happens if a link drops? A provider with a proven track record will replace it without a fight.
  • Do they cover your clients' niches? Restricted industries need publishers who actually accept that content.

If a provider doesn't feel like part of your in-house team by the third or fourth order, it probably never will. You want a high quality service from order one, and when you sign a big client in a hurry, you need to be able to double your volume without the sites suddenly getting worse.

Frequently asked questions

What is white-label link building?
It's a service where a provider builds backlinks for your clients and you resell them under your own brand. The provider stays invisible and the client relationship stays with you.
Will my clients know I use Press Parrot?
Not from us. We never contact your clients, and the reports have your logo on them, not ours. As far as they're concerned, it's just part of the SEO services you already sell.
Is white-label link building safe?
Honest answer: it's as safe as the sites you're buying on. The bad stuff usually comes from providers padding their lists with dead blogs and link sellers. We'd rather list fewer domains and stand behind them, so everything on Press Parrot has real organic traffic and a clean outbound profile. That's the best protection against manual penalties we know of.
What's the difference between white label SEO and outsourced link building?
White label SEO is normally the whole package of search engine optimization: audits, on page optimization, technical SEO, content marketing, links. Outsourced link building is just the off page SEO bit. Our view? Most agencies are better off keeping strategy and on page SEO in-house, since that's where the client relationship really lives, and outsourcing the part that eats the most hours.
Do you handle Google Business Profiles or reputation work?
No, and we'd be wary of anyone who claims to do everything well. We stick to links. Google business profile optimization, online reputation management and social media marketing are better off with your own team or a specialist. Good links from relevant regional sites will help all three, though.
Can I supply my own content?
Yes, and lots of agencies do, especially when a client has strict brand guidelines. Just upload it with the order. If you'd rather not, our writers will work from your brief instead.
Which countries and languages do you cover?
More than you'd probably expect. The marketplace isn't limited to English-language sites, so use the country filter to check what's live for your client's market. If something's missing, tell us. We add publishers based on what agencies ask for.
Do you work with restricted niches?
Yes. We have publishers that accept gambling, crypto, CBD, finance, forex and dating content, each with its own pricing.
How many links does a client need?
Annoyingly, it depends. The competition, the client's current link profile and the keywords they're chasing all change the answer. Our advice is to run a competitor analysis on the pages ranking above them before buying anything. It's one of the more basic SEO best practices, but you'd be surprised how many campaigns skip it.
